Sub-module: Labor law; Third session: Legal-civil relations and classification of the subjective civil rights

January 16 2023, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training program for the first group newly appointed judges – generation 9, is conducting the second training session from the sub-module on “The labor law” with trainer Mr. Lumni Sallauka, judge in the Appeals Court.

This training session is covering the following: entities of the legal-civil relations, natural person subject to the law, legal capacity, capacity to act and tortious capacity of subjects of civil law, personal rights, classification of subjective civil rights, absolute rights, relative rights and importance and administrative act.

Training methodology is interactive and based on practical cases.

Beneficiaries of this training are 29 newly appointed judges.
