Sub-module: Labor law; Fourth session: Protection at work

January 17 2023, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the first group of newly appointed judges is conducting the theoretical training from the sub-module on Labor Law with trainer Mr. Lumni Sallauka, judge in the Appeals Court.

This training session is elaborating the following: responsibilities of the employer in cases of accidents at work or occupational diseases, the rights of the employee in cases of accidents and occupational diseases, the legal responsibility of the employer in cases of accidents at work and occupational diseases, according to our legislation and applicable legislation in cases of accidents at work or occupational diseases.

Training methodology is interactive discussions and based on practical cases.

Beneficiaries of this training are 29 newly appointed judges.
