Sub-module: Family Law; Fifth session: Legal property claims between the spouses

January 16 2023, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training program for the first group of newly appointed judges, generation 9, is conducting a theoretical training from the sub-module on the Family Law with trainer Mr. Valon Totaj President of the Appeals Court.

This training session is covering the following: the meaning of the property relations between the spouses, the property regime of the spouses, the division of the common property.

Training methodology is based on practical cases exercises, where the participants were assigned to draft a judgment.

Beneficiaries of this training are 29 newly appointed judges.
