Sub-module – "Inheritance Law"; First session: Inheritance under the law, and succession line

July 12, 2023, Academy of Justice within the Initial training program for the newly appointed judges of the tenth generation, is delivering the theoretical training from the module on Inheritance Law, that is held by the trainer Mr. Zenel Leku, judge at the Supreme Court.

This training session is addressing the following sub-topics: the separation of items from the inherited property; determination of the value of the inherited property, the basic principles of the right of inheritance; inheritance based on the law; the rights of the spouse; and the right of inheritance of the extramarital spouse.

The training methodology is implemented with practical cases and through the interactive discussions method.

Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges including one member from the Bosnian community and one from the Turkish community.
