Sub-module – Inheritance Law; Third session: The compulsory share, infringement of the compulsory share, unworthiness and exclusion from inheritance

On July 14, 2023, Academy of Justice within the Initial training program for the newly appointed judges of the tenth generation, is conducting the theoretical training under the module "Inheritance Law" held by the trainer Mr. Zenel Leku, judge at the Supreme Court.

The scope of this session is covering the following: compulsory heirs, calculation of the compulsory part, inventory of hereditary property, calculation of donations and legacies in the hereditary part, unworthiness, assessment of unworthiness and exclusion from the inheritance of the compulsory heir.

The training methodology is implemented with practical cases and through the interactive discussions method.

Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges including one member from the Bosnian community and one from the Turkish community.
