Sub-module: Defendant in he criminal proceeding; Third session: Defendant during the accelerated procedure and the procedure for international legal assistance

January 16 2023, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed prosecutors - generation 9, is conducting a theoretical training from the sub-module on “The defendant in criminal proceeding”, with trainer Mr. Valdet Gashi, Prosecutor in the Special Prosecution of Kosovo.

This training session is covering the following topics: position of the defendant during the procedure for rendering the sanctioning order, and the defendant in the proceeding of provision of the international legal assistance.

Training methodology is interactive and based on practical cases.

Beneficiaries of this training are 6 newly appointed prosecutors 2022/2023.
