Sub-module: Criminal reporting; Second session: Criminal reporting from other sources

On October 2, 2023, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program, for the newly appointed prosecutors of the tenth generation conducted the theoretical training under the module "Criminal reports", held by trainer Mr. Valdet Gashi, Prosecutor in the Special Prosecutor of Kosovo.

In the framework of this session, the following were addressed: Criminal report by other state bodies, Criminal report by persons / citizens, false criminal report and its consequences, special report and provision of supplementary data by the prosecutor himself.

The training methodology is interactive discussions and practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 21 newly appointed prosecutors 2023/2024.
