Sub-module: Criminal charges; Third session: Dismissal of criminal charges

On October 9, 2023, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed prosecutors of the tenth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training under the module on "Criminal prosecution", held by the trainer Mr. Valdet Gashi, Prosecutor in the Special Prosecution of Kosovo.

This session is covering the following: the basis for the dismissal of the criminal report, the dismissal of the criminal report after providing additional data and the decision on the dismissal of the criminal report.

The training methodology is interactive discussions method and practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 21 newly appointed prosecutors 2023/2024.
