Sub-module: "ECHR" - sixth session: Article 10 - Freedom of expression

On May 10 2023, Academy of Justice within the initial training program for the newly appointed judges of the tenth generation, is conducting theoretical training from the sub-module on ECHR, with the trainer Mrs. Habibe Salihu, Prosecutor at the Special Prosecution.

This training session is addressing the following: Convention for Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, Freedom of expression, practical case: Jersild v. Denmark, Freedom of expression and the Law on Access to Public Documents as well as the Law on the Protection of Whistleblowers.

The training methodology is being implemented with practical cases as well as with the interactive discussions method.
