Sub-module: ECHR; Sixth session: Article 6.1 of the European Convention on Human Rights

July 17, 2023, the Academy of Justice within Initial Training Program for newly appointed prosecutors of the tenth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training under the "ECHR" module, conducted by the trainer Mr. Skender Çoçaj, Judge at the Appeals Court.

This session is addressing the following: Article 6.1 the right to a due process, the independence and impartiality of the courts, the right to a trial within a reasonable time, and Article 6.2 and 6.3 of the European Convention on Human Rights.

The training methodology is interactive followed by practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 5 newly appointed prosecutors 2022/2023.
