Sub-module: ECHR, sixth session: Article 6.1 of the European Convention on Human Rights

On May 10, 2023, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program, for the newly appointed prosecutors of the ninth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training under the "ECHR" module, delivered by the trainer Mr. Skender Çoçaj, Judge at the Court of Appeal.

The following topics are being addressed in this session: Article 6.1 the right to a due process, the independence and impartiality of the courts, the right to a trial within a reasonable time, and Article 6.2 and 6.3 of the European Convention on Human Rights.

The training methodology is being developed through the interactive method and practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 5 newly appointed prosecutors 2022/2023.
