Sub-module: ECHR; Third session - Article 2 of the European Convention on Human Rights

On July 20, 2023, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges of the tenth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training under the "ECHR" module, conducted by the trainer Mr. Skender Çoçaj, Judge at the Appeals Court.

This training session is elaborating on the following: The right to life, Government Acts related to the deprivation of liberty, the effectiveness of compensation and missing persons.

The training methodology is interactive method and practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges including one member from the Bosnian community and one from the Turkish community.
