Sub-module: Juvenile Justice Code; Second session: General provisions characterizing the criminal procedure against minors

On May 30, 2023, the Academy of Justice, within the framework of the Initial Program, for the newly appointed prosecutors of the ninth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training under the module "Juvenile Justice Code", held the trainer Mr. Burim Qerkini, prosecutor at the Special Prosecutor's Office.

In the framework of this session, the following are being addressed: the urgency of the procedure and the short deadlines, not judging in the absence of the minor, the principle of confidentiality and opportunity, the preparatory procedure for minors, the different stages of the procedure for minors and the judicial bodies for minors.

The training methodology is being developed through the interactive method and practical cases.
