Sub-module – Juvenile Justice Code; Second session: Imposing measures and sanctions for minors for criminal offenses committed as minors

On January 23, 2023, Academy of Justice within Initial Training Program for the second group of newly appointed judges of the ninth generation, offered a theoretical training under the module "Juvenile Justice Code" with trainer Mrs. Nesrin Lushta, judge at the Supreme Court.

During this training session the following were addressed: the effect of punishment on the educational measure, measures of diversity and Mediation, the imposition of measures and major punishments for criminal offenses committed as minors, the imposition of major measures and punishments for criminal offenses committed as minors, the effect of punishment on educational measures and measures of diversity.

The training methodology is implemented with practical cases and the interactive discussions method.

Beneficiaries of the training are 18 newly appointed judges, including one member of the Bosnian community.
