Sub-module - Juvenile Justice Code - sixth session: Court decisions, legal remedies, the trial of adults for criminal offenses committed against children and the protection of child victims or witnesses

On January 27, 2023, within the framework of the Initial Program for the newly appointed judges of the ninth generation, the second group of theoretical training was carried out under the module "Juvenile Justice Code" with trainer Mrs. Nesrin Lushta, judge at the Supreme Court.

During the implementation of this session, the following were addressed: types and parts of court decisions (introductory part, disposition and decision), evaluation of evidence related to the minor's personality, evaluation of evidence related to the criminal offense, legal remedies, trial of adults for criminal offenses committed against children and the protection of children from contact with the perpetrators of the criminal offense and the office for protection and assistance to victims.

The training methodology is implemented with practical cases and the conversation method.

Beneficiaries of the training are 18 newly appointed judges, one of them from the Bosnian community.
