Sub-module – Juvenile Justice Code; Third session: Educational measures and punishments

On January 24, 2023, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the second group of newly appointed judges of the ninth generation, is conducting the theoretical training under the module "Juvenile Justice Code" held by trainer Ms. Nesrin Lushta, judge at the Supreme Court.

During the implementation of this session, the following aspects were addressed: the purpose of educational measures, the types and duration of educational measures, punishment with a fine, order for community service, imprisonment for minors.

The training methodology is implemented with practical cases and the interactive discussions method.

Beneficiaries of the training are 18 newly appointed judges, including one member of the Bosnian community.
