Sub-module: Criminal Code - general part; Session 10 - Agreement to commit a criminal offense

On June 12, 2023, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program, for the newly appointed prosecutors of the tenth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training under the module "Criminal Code - general part", held by the trainer Mr. Hashim Qollaku, judge at the Appeals Court.

This training is elaborating on the following: the agreement to commit a criminal offense (delictum preaparatum) and the limits of criminal responsibility and punishment for cooperation.

The training methodology is interactive discussions method and practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 21 newly appointed prosecutors 2023/2024.
