Sub-module: Criminal Code - general part; Session thirteen: Legal consequences and rehabilitation of convicts

June 20, 2023, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program, for the newly appointed prosecutors of the tenth generation, is carrying out theoretical training under the module "Criminal Code - general part", held by the trainer Mr. Burim Ademi, judge at the Appeals Court - Special Department.

This training session is elaborating on the following: legal consequences of sanctioning, legal rehabilitation, judicial rehabilitation.

The training methodology is interactive method and practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 21 newly appointed prosecutors 2023/2024.
