Sub-module: Criminal Code-general part; Sixth session: Necessary protection

On August 31, 2023, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges of the tenth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training under the module "Criminal Code - general part", conducted by the trainer Mr. Bashkim Hyseni, judge at the Appeals Court - Special Department.

The scope of this third session on the aforementioned topic, is covering the following: exceeding the necessary protection, extreme need, risk, avoiding the risk, exceeding the extreme need and the obligation to be exposed to risk.

The training methodology is interactive and case-based method.

Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges including one member from the Bosnian community and one from the Turkish community.
