Module: Criminal Code-general part; Session thirteen: Negligence

On September 19, 2023, the Academy of Justice, within the Initial Training Program, for the newly appointed judges of the tenth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training under the module "Criminal Code - general part", held by the trainer Mr. Bashkim Hyseni, judge at the Appeals Court - Special Department.

This session is addressing the following: professional negligence, responsibility for acts committed through negligence, responsibility for qualified forms of criminal offenses, responsibility for qualified criminal offenses with more serious consequences and criminal responsibility for qualified criminal offenses with special circumstances.

The training methodology is interactive discussions and practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges including one member from the Bosnian community and one from the Turkish community.
