Sub-module: Criminal Code-general part, fourth session-violence and intimidation

On June 6, 2023, the Academy of Justice, within the framework of the Initial Program, for the newly appointed prosecutors of the tenth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training under the module "Criminal Code - general part", in support of the trainer Mr. Blerim Isufaj, Chief Prosecutor in the Special Prosecutor's Office.

From this training and adequate topics are being treated: the concept of violence and types of violence, threats, acts of minor importance and orders from above.

The training methodology is interactive discussions method and practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 21 newly appointed prosecutors 2023/2024.
