Sub-module: Criminal Code - General part; Session nine: Incitement

On June 5, 2023, the Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for the newly appointed prosecutors of the tenth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training under the module "Criminal Code - general part", held by the trainer Mr. Hashim Qollaku, judge at the Appeals Court.

This training session is addressing the following: Incitement - criminal responsibility and punishment of the person inciting, assistance and criminal association.

The training methodology is interactive discussions method and practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 21 newly appointed prosecutors 2023/2024.
