Sub-module: Criminal Code - general part; eleventh session: Criminal sanctions - sentences

June 13, 2023, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges of the tenth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training under the module on "Criminal Code - general part", conducted by the trainer Mr. Burim Ademi, judge in the Appeals Court - Special Department.

This training session is addressing the following: the meaning of the concept of criminal sanctions - general reviews, sanctions and its types, alternative sanctions - the concept, importance and types of alternative sanctions and the purpose of conditional sanctioning, all being treated through practical cases.

The training methodology is interactive method and practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges, including one member from the Bosnian community and one from the Turkish community.
