Sub-module: Criminal Code - general part; Fifth session – Intent

On June 12, 2023, the Academy of Justice, within the framework of the Initial Program, for the newly appointed prosecutors of the tenth generation, is carrying out theoretical training under the module "Criminal Code - general part", in support of the trainer Mr. Blerim Isufaj, Chief Prosecutor in the Special Prosecutor's Office.

This training is addressing the following topics: direct intent, the intellectual or conscious element of direct intent, volitional elements or intent (of the will), eventual intent, the differences between direct and eventual intent, criminal responsibility and punishment for criminal offenses committed with direct and eventual intent, direct and eventual intent, as a feature of the criminal offense, intent as a subjective feature of the criminal offense, special types of intent and motive.

The training methodology is interactive method through practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 21 newly appointed prosecutors 2023/2024.
