Sub-module: Criminal Code-general part; Seventh session - Mistake of fact

June 20, 2023, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed prosecutors of the tenth generation, is carrying out theoretical training from the module "Criminal Code - general part", held by the trainer Mr. Blerim Isufaj, Chief Prosecutor in the Special Prosecutor's Office.

This training session is addressing the following: mistake in fact and object, mistake in law, the effect of mistake in law and criminal liability, the effect of mistake in law on responsibility according to the CCRK, and attempt and inappropriate attempt in the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo.

The training methodology is interactive discussions method and practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 21 newly appointed prosecutors 2023/2024.
