Sub-module: Criminal Code: general part; Third session - Agreement to commit a criminal offense

On August 28, 2023, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program, for the newly appointed judges of the tenth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training under the module "Criminal Code - general part", held by the trainer Mr. Hashim Qollaku, judge at the Appeals Court.

This training is covering the following aspects: agreement to commit a criminal offense (delictum preaparatum) and the boundaries of criminal responsibility and punishment for cooperation.

The training methodology is interactive discussions method and practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges, including one member from the Bosnian community and one from the Turkish community.
