Sub module: Criminal Code - special part; Fourth session - Criminal offenses from chapter XXVI of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo

On August 30, 2023, the Academy of Justice within the framework of the Initial Program, for the newly appointed judges of the tenth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training under the module "Criminal Code - special part", conducted by the trainer Mr. Agim Maliqi, Judge at the Supreme Court.

In the framework of this session, the following are being addressed: abuse of trust, usury, damage to the property rights of another person, purchase, acceptance or concealment of items obtained by committing a criminal offense, identity theft and providing access and conspiracy or matching sport.

The training methodology is being developed through the interactive method and practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges, one from the Bosnian community and one from the Turkish community.
