Sub-module: Criminal Code-special part; Ninth session: Criminal offenses against public order

July 17, 2023, the Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for the newly appointed prosecutors of the tenth generation, is conducting theoretical training under the module "Criminal Code - special part", held by the trainer Mr. Kreshnik Radoniqi, Judge at the Appeals Court - Special Department.

This training session is elaborating on the following: obstructing an official in the performance of official duties, assaulting an official, participating in a crowd that commits a criminal offense and hooliganism, removing or damaging official seals or signs, false presentation as an official person, self-judgment, illegal provision of legal aid, damage to graves or corpses.

The training methodology is being interactive discussions method and practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 5 newly appointed prosecutors 2022/2023.
