Sub-module: Criminal Code - special part; First session: Criminal offenses against the economy

On May 30, 2023, the Academy of Justice, within the Initial Training Program, for the newly appointed prosecutors of the tenth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training under the module on "Criminal Code - special part", in support of the trainer Mr. Agim Maliqi, judge at the Supreme Court.

This training session is addressing the following: consumer fraud, prohibited trade, tax evasion, accepting bribes in the private sector, smuggling of goods and avoiding the payment of mandatory customs duties or excise duties.

The training methodology is being developed through the interactive method and practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 21 newly appointed prosecutors 2023/2024.
