The Sub-module: Criminal Code - special part; Seventh session - Criminal offenses from chapter XXVI - of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo

July 4, 2023, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed prosecutors of the tenth generation is carrying out the theoretical training under the module on "Criminal Code - special part", held by the trainer Mr. Agim Maliqi, Judge at the Supreme Court.

This training session, the following are being addressed: Destruction or damage to property, arson. Fraud, subsidy fraud, misuse of insurance, blackmail and coercion.

The training methodology is being developed through the interactive method and practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 21 newly appointed prosecutors 2023/2024.
