Sub-module: Criminal Code-special par; Thirteenth session: Corruption

June 6, 2023, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed prosecutors of the ninth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training under the module "Criminal Code - special part", held by the trainer Mr. Kreshnik Radoniqi, Judge at the Appeals Court - Special Department.

This training session is addressing the following: dismissal and abuse of official position or authority, conflict of interest, taking bribes, giving bribes, exercising influence, issuing illegal court decisions, not reporting or false reporting of assets, income, gifts, other material benefits or financial obligations.

The training methodology is interactive discussions method and practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 5 newly appointed prosecutors 2022/2023.
