Sub-module: Search and Confiscation; Session Four: Law on Extended Powers of Confiscation

On October 31, 2023, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program, for the newly appointed prosecutors of the tenth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training under the "Control and confiscation" module, delivered by the trainer Mr. Shqipdon Fazliu, prosecutor in the Office of the Chief State Prosecutor.

In the framework of this session, the following are being addressed: the law on the extended powers of confiscation, the new institutes about confiscation that were not in the old law.

The training methodology is being developed through the interactive method and practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 6 newly appointed prosecutors 2023/2024.
