Sub-module: Search and confiscation; First session: Judgment of the European Court of Human Rights

On October 23, 2023, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program, for the newly appointed prosecutors of the tenth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training under the Search and confiscation module, held by the trainer Mr. Shqipdon Fazliu, Prosecutor in the Office of the Chief State Prosecutor.

This session is addressing the following: the practices of local and international courts regarding the handling of confiscation cases and international good practice to be carried within the prosecutorial system.

The training methodology is interactive discussions method and practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 21 newly appointed prosecutors 2023/2024.
