Sub-module: Search and confiscation, fifth session: Cases from local practice

On November 27, 2023, the Academy of Justice within the framework of the Initial Program, for the newly appointed prosecutors of the tenth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training under the module "Search and confiscation", with the trainer engaged Mr. Shqipdon Fazliu, prosecutor in the Office of the Chief State Prosecutor.

In the framework of this session, the following are being addressed: cases from local practice: acts related to the criminal offense - aggravated theft from Article 327.2.1 and 2.7 of the CPCK, facts - the actions of the state prosecutor, the judgment of the Basic Court dep. of serious crimes, the decision of the Court of Appeal and the Judgment of the Supreme Court.

The training methodology is being developed through the interactive discussions and practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 21 newly appointed prosecutors 2023/2024.
