Sub-module: Search and seizure; Third session: Provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code

On October 30, 2023, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program, for the newly appointed prosecutors of the tenth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training under the module "Search and confiscation", held by the trainer Mr. Shqipdon Fazliu, prosecutor in the Office of the Chief State Prosecutor.

In the framework of this session, the following are being addressed: the provisions of the KPRK and Article 92 Confiscation of assets and proceeds of criminal offenses.

The training methodology is interactive discussion method and practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 21 newly appointed prosecutors 2023/2024.
