Sub-module: Cybercrime; Session four: Electronic Evidence

On August 29, 2023, the Academy of Justice, within the Initial Training Program, for the newly appointed prosecutors of the tenth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training under the "Cybercrime" module, held by the trainer Mr. Ikramije Bojaxhiu, Prosecutor in the Appeals Prosecution Office.

In this session is covering the following: resources covering any electronic device, evidence at the scene, data integrity, checklist, support from experts of the area, officers’ training, types of seizure, seizure by confiscation of the data retention device, Internet evidence seizure and evidence collection, and the Budapest Convention on Cybercrime.

The training methodology is through the interactive discussions method and practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 21 newly appointed prosecutors 2022/2023.
