Sub-module: Misdemeanor Law; Second session: Bodies for submission of requests for misdemeanor proceedings, Judgments-decisions and Legal Remedies

On October 20, 2023, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges of the tenth generation is carrying out the theoretical training under the "Misdemeanor Law" module, held by the trainer Mr. Ramiz Kuqi, judge at the Appeals Court.

This session is addressing the following: the request for initiation of the procedure, the regular legal remedies, the content of the complaint, the procedure according to the complaint, the extraordinary remedies and the request for the protection of lawfulness.

The training methodology is being developed through the interactive method and practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges including one member from the Bosnian community and one from the Turkish community.
