Sub-module: Law on Minor Offences; Second session: Bodies for submission of requests for minor offence proceedings, Judgments-decisions and Legal Remedies

On August 28, 2023, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed prosecutors of the tenth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training under the module The Law on Minor Offences, held by the trainer Mr. Ramiz Kuqi, judge at the Appeals Court.

This training session is addressing the following: the request for initiating the procedure, the regular legal remedies, the content of the complaint, the procedure according to the complaint, the extraordinary remedies and the request for protection of lawfulness.

The training methodology is interactive discussions method and practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 21 newly appointed state prosecutors 2023/2024.
