Sub-module: Misdemeanor Law; Session One: Misdemeanor Offenses, Misdemeanor Procedure and Misdemeanor Judgment

On October 19, 2023, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges of the tenth generation is carrying out the theoretical training under the module "Misdemeanor Law", held by the trainer Mr. Ramiz Kuqi, judge at the Appeals Court.

This session is addressing the following: Misdemeanor law, misdemeanor offense, municipal regulations, the initiation and development of the Misdemeanor Procedure and the defendant and the victim in the procedure.

The training methodology is interactive discussions method and practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed state judges including one member from the Bosnian community and one from the Turkish community.
