Sub-module: Covert investigative and surveillance measures: Session two: Definitions of special investigative measures

On October 3, 2023, the Academy of Justice within the framework of the Initial Program, for the newly appointed prosecutors of the tenth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training under the module "Covert measures of investigation and surveillance", in support of the trainer Mr. Admir Shala, Chief Prosecutor at the Basic Prosecutor in Prizren.

In the framework of this session, the following are being addressed: the purpose and types of measures, the procedures and conditions for the interception of electronic communications for the purposes of criminal proceedings, the storage and destruction of data and supervision of interceptions.

The training methodology is interactive method and practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 21 newly appointed prosecutors 2023/2024.
