Sub-module: Covert Investigative and Surveillance Measures; Session Six: Admissibility of Evidence Obtained by Warrant for Special Investigative Measures

On October 17, 2023, the Academy of Justice, within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed prosecutors of the tenth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training under the module "Covert measures of investigation and surveillance", conducted by the trainer Mr. Admir Shala, Chief Prosecutor at the Basic Prosecution Office in Prizren.

This session is covering the following: the panel for the review of surveillance and investigation, the duration of the order, surveillance and investigation for customs services and other similar services.

The training methodology is interactive discussions method and practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 21 newly appointed prosecutors 2023/2024.
