Sub-module: Covert technical measures of investigation and surveillance; Session one: Principles and international standards for the implementation of measures

On October 1, 2023, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program, for the newly appointed prosecutors of the ninth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training under the module "Secret measures of investigation and surveillance", held by the trainer Mr. Admir Shala, Chief Prosecutor at the Basic Prosecution in Prizren.

This session is addressing the following: international principles and legality, the principle of subsidiarity, the principle of proportionality, the principle of judicial approval of invasive measures.

The training methodology is interactive discussions and practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 21 newly appointed prosecutors 2023/2024.
