Sub-module: Security measures for ensuring presence of the defendant in criminal proceedings; Third session: House arrest, diversion and detention

On October 10, 2023, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Program, for the newly appointed prosecutors of the tenth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training under the module "Covert measures of investigation and surveillance", in support of the trainer Mr. Zyhdi Haziri, judge at the Court of Appeal.

This session is addressing the following: house arrest, diversion and detention.

The training methodology is interactive method and with practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 21 newly appointed prosecutors 2023/2024.
