Sub-module: Case Management and Performance Appraisal, Session Four - Leadership and Performance evaluation

On May 30, 2023, as part of the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed prosecutors of the tenth generation, the theoretical training under the "Case Management" module is being carried out with trainer Mr. Ardian Hajdaraj Prosecutor in Peja Basic Prosecution.

Within this session, the following topics are being addressed: Meaning and importance of performance evaluation, factual sources of information, types of performance evaluation, evaluation criteria and categories, and observation of prosecutors during court hearings.

The training methodology is being developed through the interactive method.

The beneficiaries of the training are the 21 newly appointed prosecutors for 2023/2024.
