Sub-module: Case Management and Performance Evaluation, Session Three: Performance Appraisal of Judges

On May 17, 2023, the Academy of Justice, within the framework of the Initial Program, for the newly appointed judges of the tenth generation, is carrying a training on: "Case Management and Performance Evaluation" module, in support of the trainer Mr. Lumni Sallauka, judge at the Court of Appeal.

In the framework of this session, the following are being addressed: the evaluation of the performance of judges, the aim and objectives, the applicable legislation related to the evaluation of the performance of judges, the basic rules for the evaluation of the performance of judges, the measuring indicators of the criteria for evaluating the performance, the evaluation of the performance of judges with an initial mandate and performance evaluation of judges with a permanent mandate.

The training methodology is being developed through an interactive and case-based method.

Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges, one of whom is from the Bosnian community.
