Sub-module: Case Management and Performance Evaluation; Session Three: SMIL in Management

May 29 2023, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for the newly appointed prosecutors of the tenth generation, the theoretical training is being carried out under the "Case Management" module with trainer Mr. Ardian Hajdaraj Prosecutor in Peja Basic Prosecutor's Office.

Within this session, the following topics are being addressed: The importance of electronic management of cases, resource planning for sessions, the necessary notification and the steps in SMIL system for the users in the prosecutor's office.

The training methodology is interactive.

The beneficiaries of the training are the 21 newly appointed prosecutors 2023/2024.
