Sub-module: Enhancing social skills and stress management; Session four: Protecting health and improving the quality of work and life

On May 29, 2023, Academy of Justice within the framework of the Initial Training Program, for the newly appointed prosecutors of the tenth generation, is carrying out theoretical training under the module "Enhancing the social skills of judges", held by the trainer, professor Fatmir Qollakaj trainer at the Academy of Justice.

Within this session, the topics being addressed are: health protection and improvement of the quality of work and life, the impact of stress at work and stress management.

The training methodology is interactive and case-based.

Beneficiaries of the training are 21 newly appointed prosecutors 2023/2024.
