Sub-module: Liability of legal entities - second session; Basics and scope of liability of legal entities

June 8, 2023, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges of the ninth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training under the module "Liability of legal entities", held by the trainer Mr. Kreshnik Radoniqi, Judge at the Appeals Court - Special Department.

This training session is addressing the following: Penalties and sanctions that can be imposed on legal entities according to the law, procedures for legal entities according to the law, territorial competence and measures that can be imposed by legal entities.

The training methodology is interactive method and practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 5 newly appointed prosecutors 2022/2023.
