Sub-module: Liability of legal persons, first session: Criminal liability of legal persons and the meaning of legal person

On August 29, 2023, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program, for the newly appointed prosecutors of the tenth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training under the module "Liability of legal entities", held by the trainer Mr. Kreshnik Radoniqi, Judge at the Appeals Court - Special Department.

This training is addressing the following: the origins, theories and international legislation on the criminal responsibility of the legal person, the regulation of the criminal responsibility of the legal person according to legislation of several countries and the criminal responsibility of legal persons according to the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo.

The training methodology is interactive discussions and practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 21 newly appointed prosecutors 2023/2024.
