Sub-module: Liability of legal persons; First session: Criminal liability of legal persons and the meaning of legal person

On January 24, 2023, the Academy of Justice, within the Initial Training Program for the second group of newly appointed judges of the ninth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training under the module "Liability of legal entities", with trainer Mr. Kreshnik Radoniqi, Judge at the Appeals Court - Special Department.

This training session is covering the following: the origins, theories and international legislation on the criminal responsibility of the legal person, the regulation of the criminal responsibility of the legal person by the legislation of several countries and the criminal responsibility of legal persons according to the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo.

The training methodology is interactive and based on practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 18 newly appointed judges, including one member of the Bosnian community.
